It's not even a real Uncharted game so of course it's getting a bad score. It's like the newer Crash Bandicoot games (which aren't real Crash Bandicoot games at all).
Tomb Raider is a dead franchise like Splinter Cell now. Don't bother hoping for a real return of what the game is supposed to be. Now you get a bunch of garbage pandering to the casuals.

Microsoft - TIMED exclusive and you still have to pay for it
Sony - 100% exclusive (most of the time) and FREE
Sony's exclusive DLC is always free. Microsoft's exclusive DLC is usually always TIMED exclusive and you still have to pay for it.

The reason? Gametrailers/Spike are biased towards the 360 (and COD for that matter).
If you watched Microsoft's conference on GT then you may have noticed that they kept restarting the meter to the right when the COD video was shown. Why? Because everyone was hating it so they restarted every few seconds. People were aware of this and still kept hating on it. By the end of the conference when they talked about the ratings they said that Microsoft finished strong with COD ...
