Halo and gears might have broken sales records but Killzone 2, Uncharted, Mgs 4, GOD of War 3, are all breaking graphical records.
There are more and more great games coming to the psp:

I Love the Rachet and clank series but i want to see a NEW JAK AND DAXTER game even more. !!!SONY!!!
First of all there are many factors:
- Killzone 2 didn't have marketing as good as Halo 3
- Killzone 2 followed Killzone which wasn't recieved making people think the sequel would be bad as well compared to halo 3 being followed by halo 2 and once GOTY Halo.
- Killzone 2 to me didn't need to dethrone Halo 3 becuase COD 4 already did that and Killzone 2 is up there with it. Sales do NOT make a good game.

- halo wars sucks ( i have all 3 halo games)
- Killzone 2 came out from killzone 1 which sucked compared 2 halo3 which had halo and halo 2 to get people to buy the 3rd.
- to me 323k in america only is amazing.
- that 1.1 million pre-orders were 4 europe, people just assumed is was for here.

me i love my ps3 with it's great exclusives and haven't seen a good game on 360 since halo 3(sorry did NOT like gears) but ninja blade is really fun to play, i've played the demo like 6 times.I think it atleast deserves an 8.5/10
