Bioware should stop making games and go back to being doctors.
Shooter pls
Oh how the mighty have fallen...
Like you said, another Bad Company would be fine. In fact, that's what I'm really longing for.
That's just plain wrong. Ever since the SNES days, Square have been pushing graphics. FFVI and Chrono Trigger was technically very impressive when they came. Not to speak of FFVII.
Fine by me. A MGS 5 is just what I want!
I think itäll be in the patch. Reading Konami's official site (google translated into english) it says "patch will deliver the data that you want to add bulk and installation features trophy feature. Customers with software already can accommodate each new feature if it is possible to apply the patch again even without purchase imperative."
That last sentence makes me a believer!
@Larry L Oh man don't say stuff like that. I become all giggidy!
It's a TOTALLY different segment of the consumer base. I wouldn't mind having one of these babys to complement my PS3 though.
Playing at a later time in day day is pointless since it will be earler in another time zone. Kids around the globe unite to pester online experiences.
edit:
@ZoyosJD You beat me to it :)
A shame indeed. I hope they will make a HD version of it and sell on SEN. I'm tempted to buy the psp-version, but the low-res graphics and non analogue camera controll kind of ruins it for me.
@mxkite yes I have a Vity, and I love it, but that doesn't mean I think it can do anything.
Lets me ask you something, why do you think the early PS3's had additional hardware from the PS2 in them if they're powerfull enough to emulate the PS2 without those parts?
And since the Vita is weaker than the PS3, it would be even harder to emulate PS2 games on it.
They probably still have the scenes in maya or max or whatever they use though, so it shouldn't be a problem to re-render them in high res.
Details, details... I'm fine playing the games on my Vita and PS3.
I would be satisfied with a version that re-rendered all the backgrounds in hi-res, added a few shaders and added some proper textures to the charactermodels.
That would go a long way in making it look more ok on todays big screens.
My top 5:
1. Little Big Planet
2. Assassin's Creed
3. Persona 4 Golden
4. Ragnarok Oddessey
5. CoD
Nice spread of genres there.
Atm I'm enjoying the heck out of MGS HD Collection though. Lokking forward to next dlc for Gracity Rush as well.
@Tidybrutes My experiences with PS2 emulators are quite the opposite of what you're claiming. It takes a lot of power to run those things.
@Seraphemz MGS 2 is not emulated on the Vita, it runs natively. All PS2 games could run on Vita if they were made made for it Natively, but that's not going to happen.
Would be nice, but unfortunatly I don't think it's powerfull enough to emulate PS2 games.
For me it's been a blessing. I stayed loyal to Nintendo all the way up until this generation, when I switched to Sony, so I missed all the good stuff from the PS2. It's great to be able to play better looking, better running versions of the games I wanted to play. MGS Collection and Ico collection so far. Will probably get the GoW collection at some point too. Maybe ZotE as well. Oh, and FFX of course :)
One word: Alpha. It's going to get better.
