Yes, they are. They used to be at Gaming Irresponsibly but I do a lot less editorial work there. FrontBurnr has been a better outlet for pieces like that.
As I always tell people, she reads the pieces so any feedback helps in having us choose a new game.
Yeah, Starmen.net did say Earthbound was NEVER coming back to the US. I'd call that a glimmer of home for Mother 3, IF Earthbound does well.
Wow, you should really do something productive with all that extra time you have.
I enjoyed it myself. I loved the nods to old story arcs
As did I, this site has been a hotbed of good stories though, including this one. I thought it was another rage piece but the writer actually has positive input.
They could do a Titans pack and add some missions to STAR LABS as well!
Yeah, sorry, that little dude is the guy you were thinking of. I want to see some Arsenal
The issue with that concept is that Aiden himself no longer has ctOS control.
It happens all the time. The story itself talks about these scenarios.
You know there are 'story' missions that go along with those, right? This may actually be DLC that is worth the jump this time.
The game is freaking amazing!
Honestly, I can go either way on these annual FPS games. Yeah, they are a bit played out but if I can spend a few months having some fun with friends, I guess they can keep doing it.
I think it helps the fresh content stand out better.
Y's is still around though. Everything else is valid though. I lost interest in Xenosaga far too early though. Dunno why.
Agreed. I like how Sony said that DRM is completely up to the dev, not them. I am always on the internet, but I am glad that users won't have to be to enjoy most of their games.
When I stumbled across this, I was surprised to see some decent points. We can't really move forward if we are still looking in the rearview mirror.
However, I do have a ton of PS1,2 and 3 games. So it's a "Yeah, but..." type of situation.
Lufia is good, however I feel Golden Sun is a spiritual continuation of the series. Now Lunar on the other hand...
I agree, but you get used to it after about 10 minutes
I like the thought of a limited UI though...
I can't say that there is any game you are "supposed" to love. I'm sure devs create every game with the goal that someone somewhere will love it.
That being said, I don't love all these games either.
You do realize that they can still reach millions of people with a Nintendo Direct announcement. What Nintendo is doing is simply avoiding the theatrics and expenses of the Pre-E3 press conference. I went to it last year, the Nintendo Direct that they had following the conference was much more informative that the horse and pony show at the convention center.
