The endless fall reminded me of a similar bug in BF4, there was so much "space" down there I wondered if it hurt performance up in the real world, maybe that's part of Unity's performance problems.

Being stubborn is nothing to be proud of. I moved from 360 to PS4 because they gave me more of what I wanted. Blind loyalty to a company is silly and they have a good laugh at your expense as they roll in their money, I hope that in the future more people do their research before choosing.
