I want a new Battlefield but knowing that a large cancer is growing inside something I love makes me want to keep my distance. Maybe some day enough people will work together to force them to do better...
I'm glad there's so many VR options to 'inspire' every company to do better. More people advertising and store demos etc to help people understand how good VR already is. The only thing I worry about is my neck but I'll take the pain as long as my head doesn't fall off ;).
If only Battlefield had some real competition...
I never knew Oprah liked the games and wanted to be in them.
Ty for mentioning that, I'm glad you got agrees but also surprised based on some people's views.
I sometimes enjoyed BF4 but I'm glad I didn't buy 'premium'.
I didn't like the nerfed helicopters, overpowered nuisance jets (this isn't real life it's a game that should be balanced. Basically everything could kill a heli while jets go 50-0), worthless team balancing/rebalancing after matches (no incentive for good people to switch etc), the bugs/lag especially at first, unfair extra weapons for premium players, no server setting to force objectiv...
I'd get as many people as we can to complain to Sony about EA, they have the power to change their behavior, at least on the PS4 version. Their 'premium' etc additions should not get more or better weapons in MP games when they can use them on non premium people. At the very least everyone should get those weapons, just not the new maps.
Do you think things like the 50$ 'season pass' should be forcefully delayed by Sony for X# of months to give consumers a...
My hard drive is basically full so the PS4 often tries to update at least 3 different games and is unable to each time. I'm busy with life, playing older games etc so I don't care. For now.
I don't like big downloads though since my internet is slow until I switch in a bit.
Most/all sides seem to be finding ways to make America suck. Someday I may move to another country.
Now I'm worried about VR censorship, treating adults like kids. I hope someone thinks up some great adult verification systems, retinal scans with the cam or something. I'd like to see people coming up with solutions together and then complaining to Sony etc until they make it happen. If all else fails I'll just buy a new PC.
Release it anyway and say that only some are women, the rest are men born in a woman's body, transgendered, aliens, etc and it's rude to ask which is which.
Sigh, I see a beheading and torture (Supernatural) on national tv at 9pm but I can't get a booby game as an adult...
The better option is to force emblem makers to mark them as 'offensive' and they'll only be shown if individuals allow it from the menu. That way everyone gets what they want and can have fun in their own way.
It's disappointing that people happily take away the freedoms of others for some tiny sense of power. Especially when compromise is easy and lets everyone win.
I like seeing offensive enemies, in the Battlefield games (MP) it was a fun 'side mission' to hunt them down and make them butthurt like they were trying to do to others.
They should never be banned forever, especially with no warning given first. It should be up to the overly sensitive person to ignore it with a built in game option. Maybe require the maker of offensive things to mark it as such to make it easy for people to avoid.
Funny/sad that there are people that would gladly censor what they don't like, just like ISIS.
Party chat destroyed a lot of the "Battlefield" teamwork. That game could've been so much better if they encouraged voice chatting with strangers somehow.
People are too connected these days, maybe the 'isolation' of the VR will be a welcome escape. I'm not worried at all about Sony's VR, the prejudiced, the jealous, etc can complain all they want but when Sony delivers they'll be looked at like fools when they badmouth it.
I can't wait for a VR GTA.
I hope this is the one with the crazy laughing guy since I never played it.
It keeps getting better. I want it in VR but I'll get it no matter what.
I watched the VR part. There may be upcoming internet drama over the way a certain guy held the gun.
