The Amazing Spider on PS4 was a great game. Nearly close to realism that the movie have.
I have a feeling that they're working on another spiderman game since the IP itself is really profitable for them.
I think it's pretty natural for console manufacturer like Sony to update/upgrade their console this generation, due to the rapid innovation of PC and mobile technology that's catching up so fast.
I strongly believe that Sony is indeed working on a newly refined and super charged PS4 as a counter measure against the upcoming Nintendo NX. And also to catch up with the PC's growing technology when it comes to power and resolution (1440p/2k/4k).

Watching the Gameplay demo alone on YT got blown me away. ND team is such a god-like developers.
I'm very excited for the NX reveal this coming E3. If it has a beefier specs better than PS4/X1, then we can finally say that Nintendo has finally learned their mistakes in the past.
Finally! There's no more bubble + and - buttons trolls used to abuse. Bad guys and trolls are using it for to suppress and retaliate the thoughts of the others.
In old N4G if you posted a comment, whether it is constructive criticism or opinion. If the fanboys of the other camp disagrees with your posts, they are like legions of bad guys pushing that ''-'' to decrease your bubbles to 1. In that way you won't be able to express your thoughts anymore,...
That Lara croft thumbnail tho. :3
Imagine the reaction of the E3 2016 crowd once they reveal the PS4k priced at $599 with Ridge Racer bundle. /s
You know what, if Ubi is willing to prolong this game's hype. Then they should develop a Zombie spin-off for this game. That would be cool.
When this game was first announced back in 2013, I really liked the concept and the gameplay and also the outfit and the setting of the story. You play as a lone wolf, hippie-like militia/mercenaries, and do some crazy stuffs like looting and whatnot. In a post-apocalyptic world. So why not make a zpmbie mod for this?
I think there's a news regarding this matter back in 2013. Some devs stated that the ESRAM won't do much in resolution and in visual bump. In fact it's a bottleneck, end of story. You guys should try to Google that news.
I don't think Activision is still interested in Crash bandicoot IP anymore. They're already making a lot of money in their COD franchise, and I think they will not object if Sony would buy the Crash IP.
There will be a PS5. And if you guys are counting on PC-only for future gaming, I guess it won't be happening. Not all people can afford to build a PC, and upgrade it every other year just to catch up with the tech and to be able to play games at a decent performance.
Consoles on the other hand are very easy to use and convenient. So I don't think this gen will be the last for console race. And also, I don't think Sony is willing to kill their most profitable pl...
I've been eyeing on this game.
A nice experiment for SE, let's see how it turns out.
I'm pretty sure that the future PS4 titles will have flexible settings for new and old designed PS4s. Like on PCs, it will automatically adjust the settings of your games, depending on what PS4 model you have Easy as that.
The good thing about PS4 Neo is that, I guess it would drag the current PS4 owners/install base to buy the new one if the price is right, I hope they price it at $399 though.
Kinda reminds me of the Wii U's hype 5 years ago. People thought that Wii U will be twice more powerful than PS3 and X360 with Tri core 3Ghz Power7 and beefier Radeon GPU. But it turns out that the Wii U is in fact on par with the X360, only have quadrupled RAM which is 2GB and slight powerful GPU and dreadful 1.2Ghz processor.
Now that the NX hype is in the horizon, and E3 is near as well. I suggest that we should don't expect much about NX, to avoid disappointment...
Add to that is the upcoming release of PS4-Neo which has double the power. MS really need to catch up with the competition. From what I've been reading from various sources, both NX and Neo will be more powerful machines than X1. A big big troube for MS indeed.
The only problem is, the PS3 has different CPU architecture (Cell Processor). therefore, it would not be easy emulating games for it, since you're probably gonna need a powerful PC with 8 Core i7 or AMD FX just to run the games from last gen. But the cool thing about the emulator is that, you can up the visuals and the resolutions of the games and I'm surprised they've added the Vulkan API support, kudos to them.
Please don't hate me for saying this but, I gue...
Wow they're using Vulkan API. Way to go Nintendo!
GTA: Stories from Rockstar Games
They are really confident that this game would sell 10 million copies after delaying the development almost 10 years. It's been a long time coming, but the truth is most of their fans were/are already tired of waiting, hyping about this game.
Sorry for saying this, but I am more excited about FF7 remake than this game. SE is clearly trying to snag a World record of ''10 year'' video game development to brag about. They changed a lot of things in this ga...
