I believe that you can't tell that if GPU is powerful if it has a higher clock speed.
A factors to consider if the GPU is powerful is:
1. if it has unified shader architerture
2. If it has at 48 shader pipelines, Vertex shader Pipeline, Scheduled shader pipeline
3. If it has at least 1GB of memory, You wouldn't be able to utilize the GPU if you lack of memory.
4. if it has MLAA or AA (Anti-aliasing te...
