Sony is in the good light for devs these days, but bad light for MS.

RE5 was released in 2009, and after 3 years they releaed te sequel RE6. Meaning the development for this games has 3 years interval.

Well it depends on the 3rd party publisher if they will embrace DRM.
Sony is not on the right place to object if 3rd party publishers really want DRM for their softwares. The only thing sony can do is to not to implement DRM for 1st party games.
Of course Handheld consoles ar unique and dedicated for games, unlike tablet and smartphones.
MS is focusing too much on entertainment rather than games..
MS already stated that they are no longer competing with Sony or Ninty. They named Google, Apple and Samsung as a threat for all-in-one entertainment.
No PC version... Disappointing
The good thing about sony is, they allow developers to put Mouse and KB support for their PS3 version of games if developers ask for it.
And I'm pretty sure MMO developers will be interested to port their games on PS4 next gen if they want to. Sony is very open for every devs, and that's a good thing.
IMO PS3 has no cons I believe, but MS has too many failures.
