I know I'd buy it! Got like 2-4 friends I know would get it too for online co-op.
Played the first one on PS1 and loved the co-op. If they bring it to consoles w/online co-op I'll be all over it.
You won't be disappointed. It's a great game. Freeburn online w/friends is great.
People are going to find something to complain about regardless. I bet if the PS3 gave out free money they would still complain.

However, I think some developers would want to add trophy support b/c it might make some ppl go repurchase old games.
EDIT@Pandas Yep you are correct again. People need to realize that some of the developers may not have the time or manpower to work on new games and patch and older title at the same time. However if they could spare the time it could prove profitable. And also if their new game is a sequel they might get new ppl interested in their games.
I only have a couple of older games I would actually replay. However to some ppl I'm sure it's a problem.

I downloaded 2.4 the night it was released and used the usb method to install it. Mine works fine and everyone I know who download it that night works okay but I'm not sure here. Maybe ppl should wait for 2.41 or whatever from Sony. Or at least back up your saves and such b4 trying this.

On my old 360 b4 it rrod on me. The replacement I got hasn't done it. But the disc tray is louder in this replacement. But I rarely cut it on anyways. I'm waiting for Gears2.

BTW got 2.40 on my 20GB PS3 running great. Hopefully those with issues will have them resolved soon.

then tell some friends to get it too. Freeburn online with friends is the best. I wish more games had developer's support like Burnout.
