Yep, and you'll still be stuck at whatever resolution and frame rate the devs choose on the game. The new Assassin's Creed Valhalla is still going to run at 30 FPS XD. PC has been running games at 120+ fps forever now. There is 0 reason to still have 30fps games on next gen consoles. 0. The day that consoles can let me run every single game at over 100 fps let me know.
Ha, this game is the new Duke Nukem Forever. It's never coming out. I could see it getting delayed again come November. Next thing ya know CDPR will say "hey we're delaying until November 2021"

I upgraded to a 144hz monitor 2 or 3 years ago and I can't go back. Even 60fps looks bad to my eyes now after getting used to the super smoothness of 144. I think 1440p/144hz is a perfect sweetspot of fidelity and fps!

Be wary of you're interested in the 5700/5700xt, AMD's drivers are hot garbage right now. Game crashes, BSODs, not able to use FreeSync. So disappointing because these cards have such high performance/cost ratio.
I'm cautiously optimistic about this game but I'm not overly thrilled about playing a walking simulator. I guess time will tell.
Newsflash, not everyone cares about 4k and also a lot of us have left 60fps behind a long time ago. If these new consoles can do 1440p at 144hz+ then I'll be impressed.
