its over hyped and over priced. I am not willing to pay such an outrageous about of cash. What he said was right but I would not spend it on 16 games rather 2 GTX 260 or equivalent cards.

Free PSN, Wireless built in, future proof blu-ray player, Fall line up demolishes the 360's so....really anyone in there right mind would get a Ps3 slim. When were ps3 updates ever really optional. To sign into PSN you had to update. So while you can go with out udating you would have to be one the few who don't have internet in which case you wouldn't know about the update outside of reading it online or getting it from the site and manually updating.
I know what you mean. My ps3 has severed me well. Not being blessed with parents who spoil me and now with a good job i can't afford to keep upgrading my reg to top notch specs. The ps3 visuals are stunning, gameplay on the other hand....a little lacking. But hey GOW3 :D. Mag looks stunning essepcially for the 255 players.

With every console on the market having a store of some sort or online gaming or a new innovation of controller being released. People do not seem to realize that without the so called ‘coping’ technology would never evolve as fast as it has. With out coping we would still be stuck in the dark ages playing single player games and going to EB Games to buy our beloved Halos, Killzones, and Zeldas. With all this talk about the 360 is coping the Eye Toy with Natal, PS3 coping the Wii with Motion ...
No, it will not kill anything. If this isn't more than just an empty threat. They will be shooting them selves in the foot. It will hurt Sony a lot because tons of people buy Current Gen Consoles to play COD4. (Wii doesn't count)
