Not Sure if something is wrong with me, but every single negative review I read on this game makes me want to buy it that much more. My gut tell's me there is something else going on and this game does not deserve all the hate. By "something going on" I'm not directly buying into conspiracy theories circulating but there seems to be a collective mindset that this game is bad and users are coming away with a different result. Bewilders me.
EA is so tone deaf it boggles my mind:
"EA COO and CFO Blake Jorgensen didn't mince words: he blamed the drop in the series' uptake on the developers' focus on a single-player campaign, as opposed to having a promised battle royale mode ready for fans in time for the game's launch."
I bet more than anything EA is going to keep getting worse and worse, doubling down on aggressive monetization while trend following by pushing more...
It's important to note that these numbers can be pretty inaccurate. One thing I have not seen people consider is people with multiple PSN accounts or households. There is a large community of trophy hunters that have 2+ PS4 units that they will self boost games on. One person could have installed the game on their other console and earned a trophy. Now it shows two PSN ID's as having played when only one person bought it. Same goes for households that share their discs.

Calling it now: Re-Amalur-ed Edition coming soon to PS4!
Well this is good news to me! I like games that delve into mature themes. Sorry Australia! This game looks good and I'm personally excited.
Only 18 games played? Eh, no biggie. https://psnprofiles.com/Kin...
"closely tracking fundamental shifts in the marketplace. It has become clear that to deliver an experience that players will want to come back to and enjoy for a long time to come, we needed to pivot the design."
What really pisses me off is that EA couldn't be more wrong about longevity in games. A quality, rich single player game can be returned to forever. A multiplayer driven game is only good as long as the servers are up. Anyone still own MAG? It's l...
Looks like Chris Avellone Tweeted this in June 2015 after Fallout 4 was announced. Sadly, this is likely him just being happy to play Fallout again. We just had the 20th anniversary. Bummer, I was excited too. https://twitter.com/ChrisAv...
If it was a mistake which it sounds like it was, then that makes me think that the bonus episode was originally going to be a part of the base game and they seperated it later so they had content for a deluxe edition.
Walmart should be honoring the orders by fulfilling them as stock arrives. Mistakes happen but they should make them right.
My mother had a Cesarean Section... 😉
Not sure if related but when I plugged in my Pro to my existing HDMI cable I had no signal until I swapped it with the one that came with the Pro. In case this helps anyone.
I am glad to hear about this and hope this remaster is real. I got all 1000G on Xbox 360 and now that I am mostly a PlayStation gamer, that is one game I wanted to replay with Trophies. I loved MW1, it was my favorite COD, second only to COD2. Can we GET Call of Duty 2 on current gen?! lol with the dislikes. Not liking this doesn't magically give MW1 trophies on PS3.
I am really excited to play this!
I loved both games, but Heavy Rain is my favorite. Just downloaded Farenheit recently to play for the first time and can't wait for Detroit. Their games may be polarizing, but I am a fan of Quantic Dream's work.
Tomb Raider has always been multiplatform from its first release! Selling out for a B.S. timed exclusivity will do nothing but hurt your sales and burn your fans. Stupid move alone considering Tomb Raider sold 2:1 on PS3 and PS4.So here is my dilemma: I want to let Square know that this hurt its fans. Would they take notice more if PlayStation 4 outsells the Xbox version a year later, or if fans take a stand and either don't buy it or buy it used?
So Microsoft is dumping all of this money to create a game that doesn't even have multiplayer? They must have high hopes for a lot of sales during that 1 year. I agree that Tomb Raider's MP was not needed, but it was a fun aside to the campaign and kept me coming back even after I played the campaign more than once. This game should definitely have MP. Sure I am slightly jaded about the exclusivity but let's be honest, games have MP today mostly because devs/pubs know it encourage...
After the urging of a close friend I am playing through Metal Gear Solid 1 for the first time. I'm 24 and somehow I let this series slide by me. I'm having a super good time and am truly impressed with how well the game holds up as well as the voice acting. I just got to "Disc 2" last night. Moving on to MGS2 next!
The ambulance is coming! Wii U! Wii U! Wii U!
Alright, wasn't going to comment but here goes... The first game made it very clear that the Firefly's had put tons of research and testing to find a cure, all to no avail. Many people died in this process. The hope the Ellie was the cure was simply another "lab experiment". Joel had built a relationship with her and she became his new daughter essentially. He is not a villain for wanting her to stay alive and be free of another fruitless surgery that would just end in her d...
