The 360S just made what every new thing does: a goddamn sales spike. And that was more for the discounted obsolete models than the 360 S itself.
With E3 2010, the 360 + kinect became the laughing stock of the media... I don't expect the public opinion to stay as it was in 2006.

PC is not the "hardcore" platform. After all the years I've gamed on it, I can say it's community is one of the worst ever, with all the aimbots, cheats and hacks everywhere. And you know what I mean. Some games already have hacks done for them and they're not even out yet.
