the ps3 will be an extremely impressive system. considereing both systems have the potential for lifelike graphics, one's slight superiorty in power over the other really doesnt matter. People who do their homework like me 4 example choose the 360 for their HD sets because we want "the most cutting edge technology" gamewise. Tho next gen dvd playback is what the ps3 is for with bluray movies. As a bluray player, ps3 is a great bargain, as a games console, it is the biggest ripoff of all time.

dont be forgetting the real way past wars got started among fans was because wen original xbox came out, sony fans came right over to xbox sites to mock them out just for giving it a try, and were downright cruel to those who said they liked the xbox. naturally, xbox fans retaliated, and so the war goes on endlessly....

xbox was already being prepared for online gaming wen it was first in development-over 2 yrs before ps2 went online! they just needed extra time to prepare the live service. Answer: a lot of ppl are unaware of the fact that the 360 is being shipped to stores (in small #s, generally 4-8) on a more frequent basis (by the time the sell out, more come in anyway, DUH!!!)
