Silly me did not cancel the ESO pre-order so I received it yesterday, but am not gonna pop it in yet, so much more to do in The Witcher still!

Yeah, I rather they roll that out instead.

Have to say, I made an UK account and signed up for the beta test, it's working nicely already.

I love the game, there's some stuttering in the FPS at certain moments, have had a few actual crashes with the PS4 crash report screen coming up and 2 days ago I had an NPC trying to run in front of me thru a narrow door but she somehow got stuck in the running animation without moving and thus blocking the only narrow way out. Took me a bit of trying stuff to get past that but once I was the NPC got unstuck. Also had a weird triangle like shadow while nothing was around to be the cause o...

Ohh, 2 disagrees, people didn't notice I was joking :)

Pre-ordering is okay as long as you don't buy any of those DLCs with cut content from those greedy for-profit organisations!

Haven't seen many Mexicans around where I live tho, might be 'cos there's this huge ocean between Mexico and Europe, but what do I know :p

3925d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Yeah, those filthy publishers, programmers, graphic designers, writers, voice actors, etc. should do this for free! It's a hobby for crying out loud!

Come on, really, greed? It's a business, as long as it makes them money they will keep doing it. Why is it making money you ask, well, because people seem to want them and buy them.

All I hear is people complaining about remasters, I don't hear people who say they like them even though those silent people do buy them and show the publishers it's worth their while.

As long as people keep buying remasters there will be a market for it and people buy them because they want them. A handful of people complaining about it isn't going to change things...

@KingPin The problem is tho that on consoles I see no need for added DRM so I have this suspicion they want/need always online for game features instead, an illegal copy then still needs to be online to make it playable...

Does an illegal copy of Destiny for instance work without online on a PC? Don't think so.

Let's just wait and see what they are planning to do once we see more of the game or until it's actually out before we start a petition. ...

Yes, exactly, was just about to write something similar.

Why is it always online? Did they think of one or many nice features that needs you to be online or not? Or do they have a bogus reason?

On consoles they really don't need to add to security by being always online now do they? That's up to MS and Sony.

So yes, I'm expecting them to have come up with cool features that needs it and now people are starting a petition to change...

And you think an illegal copy doesn't need to be always online? You have a crystal ball where you can see the future?

3933d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

Seen your video before and yes, I've noticed that too, but calling it unplayable is a bit much don't you think?

3933d ago 7 agree4 disagreeView comment

Ehmm, why would you say that?

I had a guard standing on air, and he was sleeping too I believe, looked funny!

Anyhoo, did have an actual game crashing bug today, started talking to a vendor, the screen was about to switch to the Shop screen and the application quit on me. First time that that happened.

@EDMIX, @Griever It's a bad article, but I think that the author means this is going to be the 3rd holiday season for the new consoles, not the 3rd year. Just goes to show how awfully written it is though.

Also shows that many people seem to think that the holiday exclusives line-up is most important which is weird.

Around here in the Netherlands it's up to Sony and MS and not the ISPs. Here we have really fast internet (I have 200/20mb for instance), but the prices between digital and physical are massive. Digital copies go for €70, physical ones between €45 and €55.

And honestly, I like to have a physical version, looks nice. But then again I do like the ease of use of a digital copy...

@cooperdnizzle haha, yeah you're totally right. Back when they were released I was kinda busy with other stuff and had one of those periods in life I wasn't so much into gaming which is something that comes and goes for me at times. Had many of those in my 35 years of video gaming :)

Also, I never really used to be into shooter games, but past few years I certainly am.

Besides all that I still have a gigantic list of games I would want to play some ti...

Actually, I've read they got their hands on the mold (or somesuch) with which they can cheaply make the shells themselves. Apparently a lot cheaper than if they had to design their own shell and then have the mold made that allows them to make more.

They are doing all kinds of different colours as well so these aren't the old shells of the Jaguar made back then by Atari but just new shells that look exactly the same!

- BF Hardline's launch did rather well, not too worried
- the cut content myth, well, there's no proof for it in any past game so I doubt there will be now (yes, I believe there's a financial reason for paid DLC/SP and it's not greed)
- there will be a season pass am sure of it, depending what they have thought up it probably will be as much as a Battlefield game so am sure it will cost the same as well, don't see problem with that
