I agree, splinter cell did 'stealth' better than metal gear, I think the metal gear series just appeal to a larger audience,

Great hidden gem, but definitely not 10/10. I would say 8/10 or maybe 8.5. this is coming from someone poured hundreds of hours into the game. This was basically my "escape title" when too much time was spent with Skyrim or dragon age. Definitely an underappreciated gem of a game.
