So let me get this straight the game has been in development for 4 years and they finished the final stage but then they want to drop the project on current gen consoles and lose money to bring it next gen? Well alright as long as the game turns out to be good.

@Krimmson Mr. X although he was a fun boss fight he was exactly like Chief Mendez in humanoid form. Exactly what I mean there are rarely any differences. Well until he transforms into the tyrant then it's a different story. But then again Mendez transformed into something freaky himself and once you break half his body it becomes even more freaky when he's swinging across the ceiling and attack you from above.

I'm a hardcore gamer and I didn't know it. I got collection of games from my N64 to super nintendo to dreamcast to Ps1 to Gamecube to ps2 to ps3, xbox 360, and wii. Maybe it's because I never actually used cheats in a videogame. I did a little in the old GTA games but only once I beat those games.
Good amount of time but could be a little longer considering it's an open world game. Assassin's creed 2 and brotherhood lasted me 20 hours

I actually believe Resident evil 4 was better than the rest. Honestly just because the game was in third person perspective doesn't make it less different. Resident evil 1,2, and 3 are not scary either. Same goes for 4,5, and 6. Honestly the camera angle's had so much issue in resident evil 1,2, and 3 it's not even funny how irritating it was that I wasn't able to see the enemy most of the time. I'm getting a little fed up with people like you downplaying a game especially...
I think the game should have concentrated less on the fact your main objective is to collect coins but more into completing levels with a totally different boss other than bowser.. Tweak the gameplay a little bit and graphics and the game will be great.
Eh you know you're going to still end up buying it just for the games story. Who knows maybe the game will be fun. But as of right now they changed too many things for the worse.
