That's a terrible reason though, and MGS4 came out 2008, this is 2011 and I see absolutely no reason why to bring up another game unless it was included in the article in the first place.
Um hell no, 2K5 football was the best football game ever, The features madden has now 2K5 did that already lmao, Ea gets away with it because they have the license to do so and 2K doesn't.
I agree Kaos it gets so damn old, let people enjoy what they enjoy and leave them alone. If you think the game sucks fine that is good, however none of us played the full version of these games, so I'm leaving my judgement until I've played both full versions of the game, both single player and multiplayer.
I honestly really don't think they should be compared because even though they're both Modern and FPS, it requires different tactics of playing both games....

You're being way too dramatic. COD is known for its killstreaks, BF3 doesn't need killstreaks all because they got 1 idea from COD, also COD didn't invent Killcams... I'm pretty positive of that, they just made it more known.
So you want Call of duty to be like Battlefield 3 then ? Why not just buy BF3.... COD was never about that, so I don't see the point in Activision copying that style, especially when their fans demand differently, if you want that go play BF3.
I personally Love F2P, because I can play it for free and if I want to expand, most have an option for a members fee etc.
There's a lot of good F2P MMOs, and I usually pay the little micro fee if I'm really digging it. Sony is taking the right approach in my opinion. I hope they keep the same Free to Play attitude, it is a good business model, plus it makes them stand out more from the other competitors.
Playstation home is actually bigger then this articles try to make ti seem, there's always people on there, always something to do for the most part. I know playstation home addicts, my girlfriend is one and also my other friend, she literally gets on Home all the time. I see it appealing to a lot of female gamers.
I'm looking forward to Only MW3 and Uncharted 3 this winter.... nothing else honestly. Next year however, Final Fantasy 13-2, Mass Effect 3, Twisted Metal is on my must have list ^.^. This game looks promising though, can't wait to see gameplay ^___^.
