I didn't see this one coming! Ah well, I've been loving the game ever since I got it on day 1, so addictive. :) More people getting to play this great RPG is definitely a good thing. The reviewers can get stuffed, I don't need their approval to enjoy a game.
It's great to see a new Grandia title being announced, its been way too long since Grandia 3... I've had my fingers crossed for a Grandia 4 announcement ever since finishing 3, seems like there's still hope.
It says the cable is independantly owned, so they can't really ignore it. As long as people know this is happening, they will complain if prices stay the same as they will be getting ripped off. One way or another, prices will change.
is an excellent PS3 exclusive, and one of my first PS3 games. It was a day 1 purchase for me, and it still makes the best use of motion control on the PS3 if you ask me (Lair did a pretty good job too). The game looks and plays great, has some beautiful FMVs, and features a rather interesting story. If you own a PS3, there's no reason not to play this game! :)
is my favorite Final Fantasy after FFX. The battle system was great, being able to change jobs on the fly was very clever imo. :) It made the game a lot more interesting than it would have been if it were more like FFX's. I still haven't seen anything quite like it in another RPG!
Having played the demo of FFXIII, I have to say that Square-Enix have a quality product on their hands. The battle system in particular is nice and fresh, while not straying too far from the series' roots.
I agree that Tri-Ace are partly responsible for the 360 games, but S-E do have to take some blame, they haven't managed things as well as they should have.
We know they aren't actually releasing a motion controller. We're just discussing whether it would be a good idea for Microsoft to release a motion sensing peripheral of some kind.
Right here! :) http://www.gamekyo.com/vide...
It's a shame about MadWorld, it's a perfectly good, unique game. Seems hardcore games are having a hard time on the Wii...how sad.
The battles look great, the rest not so much. Its got my attention though, I'll keep an eye on this one. Personally I've enjoyed the Tenkaichi games the most, I'm hoping we'll see a next gen version. Burst Limit was a bit weak imo. It's always nice to see a new DBZ game in any case, it shows the series is still alive and well even after all this time.
If those numbers are accurate, that's some pretty impressive sales. I have one of those 70,000 on the way to me right now, I can't wait!
Your jokes are last gen.
Definitely an interesting piece of news if it turns out to be true. Black was a great shooter, it really floored me back in the day. :)
I actually think the game looks pretty good, Square Enix haven't let me down in the past, I'll be picking this up for sure.
man personally killed one of the greatest gaming consoles ever made! Don't listen to a word he says.
Lose the Werehog and I'd actually consider buying this. Maybe just a rental then.
is awesome! It's one of my favorite gaming franchises, and I really enjoyed both the first and second games. This review covers the game quite well, though calling it the best in the series seems like a tough call. I can't wait for my copy to arrive. :)
But then people would complain, since not every game uses both the Wiimote and nunchuk. That's the problem with having a 2 part controller.
That's a pretty awesome video, the add on really has some great potential. I agree that it's annoying that Nintendo didn't have this kind of functionality out of the box, but I'm thinking it simply wasn't possible for them to do so at the time of launch. The technology is getting cheaper, and the Wii has really taken off, so now it a good time for them to make the move.
PSP is really kicking butt this year, we're seeing a great display of the console's capabilities and an impressive range of titles. I look forward to seeing what comes next.
