To me Nintendo is not the same anymore. Not at all. I loved it back with Wii and since then I got only disapponted. No new big games. Even Mario Kart for Switch was a redesign of Wii U. Donkey Kong the same. Zelda came out too late cause they waited for the switch to be released. AND the prices, oh my god, they polish, redesign a game, throw in some minimal change, like in case of Mario Kart and expect us to pay 50-60 bucks for it?!?!?! Just ridiculous. Such a rip off. It's just numbers and numbers never lie. There is a difference in Hardware, the new box is stronger on CPU and GPU level, but the difference is not that big, so you might not see it in games, especially if the developers will prefer PS5 for developing games. If they do, you might even see things like in case of RE3 remastered :) The loading times will be definately better on PS5 ;)
Listen volks, the PS5 has a faster SSD, than xbox series x, a better memory design, overall it is faster, then the memory of the xbox series x. The new xbox on other hand has a better GPU and a partly better CPU. BUT the difference between the new GPUs is smaller, than in case of PS4 Pro and xbox x. Why? Just let calculate a bit, I know you love math :) 4,3/6*100= 71,667~72 % --> it means that the PS4 Pro has the 72% power TFLOPwise of the xbox x, or it is 28% weaker, than the GPU of xbox...

I am not into buying new stuf every 2 years either, but I think that releasing a new console every 7-8 years is just out, every 4-5 years is much better :)

Microsoft goes more into Win10 era, leaving exclusives behind. SONY has the most studios and produces exclusives others can only be envy of. That's I think a key to success rather than creating a console for typical PC games. SONY, well done!!!
I've read it but did you use a current console on a 4K TV with upscaling??? Normally the Tv should upscale it and it does it but it looks terrible. See it for yourself! That's why I am just a bit careful and wanna see the results first! :)

OK! Only games with HDR support will be upscaled, hmm, I've seen 4K tv's struggling when playing native 1080p games and the tv had to upscale it. It looked really terrible. How much HDR helps, I don't know. So let's see and find out! :)
It's pre alpha, so let's see what they make out of it. The graphics definately have to be improved. The idea is good though!

Well, all I meant is, that having almoust no 3rd parties is a BIG mistage!!! I love the first parties, games like Donkey Kong, Mario 3D, Mario Kart 8 etc. are truly worth buying, I own them all, BUT that's all. Nintendo is only good for first party games and that's a shame!!! Shame on the name, the heritage and compared to the SNES age it's NOTHING!!! There are adds in Germany on TV from Microsoft, but the people know exactly what XBOX is worth :) Not much in our eyes compared to PS4. People are realistic and not driven by a magical name of a company that did not respect what gamers wanted in the first place. That's the reason why PS4 is selling so good! :)
I totally enjoyed RE3 remaster, even better than RE2. So in my opinion, if the quality is right and there is new and enjoyable things in the remastered version, I gladly buy it :)
