I take an hdmi cord and plug it into my TV and then I plug a 360 controller into my PC and I can enjoy gaming on my pc with a tv and controller. What's so inconvenient about that?

This damage control over 720p vs 900p vs 1080p is getting way outta hand. There is a major difference in quality between these things. I have a 42 inch HDTV and I can tell a huge difference between these framerates. I have a 27 inch samsung monitor and I can tell the difference on it as well. How is this even a debate? What's next? I have a high end gaming PC alongside a 360, wii, ps3, ps4, and wiiu. I have countless of other consoles as well.
