PS4 launch console had a static electricity issue with the touch sensitive buttons for power and eject. Happened to me and a few of my friends. Disc would randomly eject, system would randomly turn off. etc..

I mean... this might fill in the hole that was once Need for Speed. The last 10 years have been total garbage for the series. They forgot how to make racing games fun and not work.
Game is a masterpiece and is a ton of fun with a friend.
Scalability doesnt change the quality of a game. I can play todays best game on a laptop with integrated graphics and it can look like an N64 game, or I can play it on the best PC money can buy and it would blow your mind. The issue is development breakdown likely pandemic related.

Crackdown 3 is a great example of a wasted opportunity that was downplayed because it was just free fodder for Game Pass. If that game released at $60 and didnt have a free option, there would have been riots.
