Tennis for Two is a U.S. release, I wasn't debating that, but it's technically the first video game. It isn't "plug and play", it was run on some majorly gigantic computers back when.
And I'd rate Catherine a 9 or 9.5 in my book, personally, too, but 8.5 technically because of the issues I pointed out.
Is the show free to download? How does it work? Sorry, I'm not too familiar with it, other than the news of this third season.

Mainly the anime sequences. And I really didn't either... but I've put 30+ hours in thus far and you start to notice after a while. :\
I think that the author of the piece was trying to say that the game was marketed a certain way and rode a certain line in the themes that it chose to explore, but, much like Vincent, seems to be afraid of commitment to any one idea or focus. The game could have been much more psycho analytical or it could have prodded the "adult" themes it was throwing around a bit more, but instead it scratched the surface without going to deep.

I feel like Catherine's cleavage wasn't very consistent and that with each cutscene they'd go from normal to "as advertised". I think it's just part of the game's marketing, but mostly the excuse could be that she's tempting the player who Atlus is trying to get to empathize with Vincent, the protagonist.
I hear your points, but "Catherine"'s sexuality plays into the plot of the game itself, unlike the Soul Calibur reference th...
