Never played Guild Wars 2, but the game sounds rather intriguing. I really need to get me a more capable PC to play games on, I'm missing out on to many great titles.
I love that Nintendo is letting other companies take a crack at the Pokemon franchise. I'm excited to see what other companies can do with one of my favorite video game franchises.
Still waiting for a full fledged console Pokemon game.
Reviews will always be secondary to my decision to purchase a game. When I do take scores into consideration I usually look at the average score the game receives.
Yeah it was Brandon Beck from Riot Games.
The economy has an effect on all business regardless of the industry. No one industry is immune to economic factors. Even industries such as tobacco and alcoholic beverages, which were once considered recession proof, have been affected greatly this time around.
Consumer spending has dropped across the board. People are cutting back wherever they can. While spending on entertainment is usually one of the last to be cut, many families have still cut their budget they are willi...
Seems rather hit and miss for a lot of franchises. Every other superhero title is worth playing, and some should just be left to rot, Superman, and others are just passable.
So i guess it all comes down to the developers. Right holders need to start being more selective to who they give permission to make games based of their property, so as to avoid potentially tarnishing the franchise.
So far every game based on the Game of Thrones franchise has been a disappointment. Too bad being the books and show are so great.
Quirky little game. Reminds me of something you would play on iOS or Android. The fact there is a community level builder makes the game all the more worth picking up.
Atlus and Level 5 are both great devs. There is still some great talent out there, but they seem to be getting crowded out faster every day.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm a bit biased when it come to games developed by NIS. I love every game they put out, and while they may not always be the greatest games, I'm glad they have been able to continue moving forward when many other companies have been faltering.
I have a soft spot JRPG's, so I'll be picking this game up if only to support them.
I think Deadlight was a pretty well done game. It had its moments of brilliance, and at the same time its weak points. If the developers choose to make a sequel to the game, and they take the criticism they received to heart, the next game will be great.
Dust has blown me away with how well done it is, and the cameos from characters of other games is also a nice touch.
Haven't played the other two yet though.
Level of quality coming from digital releases is astounding. Just the last month has produced some of the best looking and playing games this year. I hope the developers keep it up, cause I'll keep buying.
I never had much patience with map editors, and let alone one based on Portal, I would drive myself crazy before I laid the first piece.
With all the talk of projects being funded, and then the starters off it walking off with the money, just seems to risky.
Having project backed by some big names helps ease some of the risk.
Once I start seeing some of these projects materialize then maybe I'll jump on the Kickstarter band wagon. Until then I remain standoffish of backing any projects.
I've become addicted to Shoot-em-ups lately, so this is one I'll have to check out. The combination of music sounds intriguing, and refreshing for a genre that can at times lack variety.
Any game that says, or promises to be scary is worth checking out. Since the game is free at least I wont lose anything if it fails to live up to expectations.
I keep thinking back to series like Uncharted, and jaw dropping they would be with near photo realistic graphics.
Yes! Good one as well.
Fun game that I thoroughly enjoyed. A little rough around the edges, but regardless of those it was a fun first outting. Hope Tequila Works continue on with the franchise, I see a lot of potential with this series.
If they fix the controls in the game, and add a bit too the over all length of the story this could be a huge new IP. One that XBLA could really use.
