wrong codraezel! unified memory is not better. the point is the ps3 can access the 2 256 mb blocks independently! gpu reads/writes to its block and cpu to its block. and the xdram is 7 times faster than the ram the xbox360 uses. another fact is, why have computers dedicated ram for the gpu ? because its far more effective! only the cheap computers have unified momory for gpu and cpu. but you are a moron, and you have no idea of the topic, so you talk out ms propagandy out of your ass.
frame rate problems have nothig to do with ram, only with less time to develope.
the ps3 has the same amount of ram like the xbox360. someone takes to much drugs. and the ps3 rams is much faster. the devs should learn to program the ps3. by the way the ps3 had 32 mb ram, if i recall correctly, and it was enough, and now 512 mb are not enough ? lol.
