I think this game will be good, maybe great in terms of what it is trying to do as an online multiplayer only FPS but it's doesn't look anything close to starting an evolution of FPS. I say this not as an insult but its a FPS with jet packs and mechs.
I really wish they would. I'm only 17 so I don't have money to spend on a WiiU and another console for third party games.
Didn't know this show had any real popularity. I love it and hope to try this game.
Every event that goes by without seeing what Naughty Dog is working on is a tad disappointment, that is just how good of developers they have become.
It will surely have a sequel, do to the great sales and I feel the ending set up for a sequel.
They will throw money around to get some exclusives through the early life of the Xbox One to get gamers who will buy a new console day 1 to buy it rather than a PS4. Exactly what happened with the 360. I really have no faith in them having good exclusives 2 or 3 years down the line.
That is some nice trollin you're attempting here.
Maybe they should have been clear of what they were doing to make up for the not being able to trade-in and share games, see how people reacted and then choose whether or not it needed to be changed.
Telling us now does nothing.
This another reason I'm excited for PS4, so many F2P and games coming through PS plus. You could just buy a PS4 and PS plus and still have a lot to play.
This man just needs to be quiet now.
After announcing their plans it seems they were screwed whether they went through with it or not.
If they put it back after launch they better have a super team of lawyers ready.
After weeks of them talking up the an always-online system and saying they won't change because of the choices of other companies (Sony) they did this? They must really have been banking on Sony following what they were planning and/or gamers simply accepting it.
I just hope this isn't looked at as something to praise MS for doing, these things should have never been put in place. Sad thing is all the people who were probably planning on switching because of DRM and ...
It would be ridiclous that someone willing to buy their $500 system and their games isn't someone MS would want just because that person doesn't have internet.
I'd personally have to go with Watch Dogs, Infamous, Destiny The Division and Battlefield 4. I would put The Crew but I want to see more.
It would be pretty funny when it still sells millions on systems people can't play yet too. Just because its Call of Duty it could happen.
The game I've been waiting for since last E3, and comes out on my birthday. Hopefully the PS4 really does come out before then I don't want to wait.
Agreed. I also found the statement "If you have poor to no internet stay with 360" crazy. They can't truely expect anyone to still play on 360 2 or 3 years down the line when no games are released to it.
They should have been honest and said "no internet, buy a PS4". It would be one of many reason why people will anyway.
This is exactly what I was thinking. If it is a great game that I enjoy then I will consider upgrading to the full game.
I don't think anyone believes it will do badly, simply that it won't do better than than PS4 or do as Xbox 360 did at the start of this generation. Which is understandable since MS and Xbox don't have the advantages they did this generation.
