It doesn't bother me like it seems to be bothering you what my opinion is. X1 was 499 and it didn't move consoles like MS thought, but like I said even if this one sells it will not close the over 20 million gap because the console is only popular in "2 regions". I did say the console will sell.

Also having a varied portfolio of games by 1st party studios would help ...
Since I won't be buying a 4k tv for the foreseeable future after spending 2k last year for my OLED. X1, and Scorpio are being worthless to me. I still only buy the regular blu-rays and that's just for the codes for the digital version of the movies for my brothers vudu acct. So no reason for me to buy UHD blu-rays.
Look the system will sell no doubt about that, but there's not a chance in hell they'll close that 20 million units gap. The console is only popular in 2 territories unlike Sony consoles which are popular worldwide.
Also it's specs look to be higher than the current generation models so they won't be coming in at a 399 price point no matter what the dreamers here say.
