It did not help anything on the Witcher 3 it's 900p , less shadows and effects. I don't see anything that dx12 has done on x1 on the witcher. And also the engine has to be made with dx12 which the witcher 3 is not.
the gta deal is not in the cards it sells way better on ps brand at this moment and ps already had a gta 5 deal so that's squashed .
In other words shown on all 3 ps4 ,x1 ,pc it didn't state on shown on x1. But if u notice xbox , Spencer or major Nelson hasn't really shown of bo3 on twitter. And he usually boost about cod, but not this time. While we have to wait and see , there is some changes that happened with Activision an ms with bo3.

exactly gamescom had very few big announcements from sony and ms because e3 was so close it basically was a recap of e3 with a couple of different game announcements not much . thanks soap.
