It's only hype cause it's made from the original makers from cod. If it was some other develop it wouldn't be so hyped.
it is very important , and makes a huge difference on tvs 55" and above games are eye candy on my 65" tv with full not upscalled 1080p.
well in terms as better than the 360 launch yes , but on the other hand the 360 outsold x1 by 100,000 in january 2006 , meaning the sales have fallen for x1 and is not doing better than the 360 in a long run.( that is the january after the 360 nov. launch in 2005)

actually x1 was a better launch than the 360 , but that is about it , if u look back at the numbers the 360 outsold x1 in the month of january 2006 by 100,000 .
the question no one is bringing up is. if ms did a kinectless x1 will they utilize the ram that was used for kinect to help games run better and if they do will that put the systems that have kinect in a bad spot , not being able to play certain games because u have kinect. in my opinion they should never seperate the 2, i have a feeling it will make things really bad.
now, wiiu does not beat the 360 in the usa at all in january, but, in january world wide it did beat the 360 in sales the whole month. look at the sales on vg charts while it is not to the point . it sure does give us a figure on the numbers to go by untill official numbers come in and they are around the ball park with there numbers.

i have a funny feeling ms will have a price drop on both systems to compete.ps4 selling 2 x more than xone and the ps3 selling 2 x more than the 360. heck the ps3 is only 10,000 away from xone that is not good for ms. its my opinion from what i see.
