Since my last posting of review, I've managed to spend additional time playing this game online.
There's no way to sugar-coat it and I can't think of a better way to describe it than to say it "SUCKS."
The already hit or miss graphics takes a drastic nose dive during online play. The movements are much worse compared to single play. Collision detection is almost non-existent - you, and/or your weapon wind up going through solid objects like walls, barre...
After repeated viewings of said trailer (and other recently released RE5 trailers), I am of the opinion that THERE IS NOTHING SHOCKING ABOUT THIS TRAILER AT ALL.
First of all, the complained of scene (which lasted not even 5 seconds) isn't that bad at all.
Secondly, said scene was a cut scene not indicative of the actual gameplay.

Having said that, it would eliminate the need for my wireless keyboard. But we need more detailed info as to its functionality and ergonomics.

I for one enjoyed Diablo II for the PS1. Granted it was an extremely stripped down version, for a PS1 game, it was nonetheless quite memorable. Not surprisingly, it uniformly earned good reviews.
