As you said, Sony used their E3 conference to deliver a clear message to people with online policy, indie support etc... just like Bluray vs HD-DVD war, a big clash that gave Sony the win. Now that they said what they wanted and people seem to be happy about it it's time to show off exclusives and focus 100% on what PlayStation does best ==> GAMES! So and i'm afraid some more exclusives at TGS and Gamescom and an October release would sink X1 for good.
now mister Akihiro Hino, show your commitment to PS4 and give us a Dragon Quest, Ni no Kuni 2 or Dark Chronicles at TGS.

ROFL... you make me say what i haven't said. well at least we have seen gameplay videos of Knack. And yes graphics are good and gameplay seems fun for families with kids. not a game i'd be no lifing on but i like what i've seen of gameplay.
But you need to keep it shut about Sunset Overdrive and all X1 games cause ALL we have is CG cinematics.

i always wanted a console like the PSP and Vita that i can put on standby and that allows me to resume the game just when i switch it on.
i agree, being close to consumers and devs and developing a machine by gamers for gamers is definitely a huge add value to the PS4
i wouldn't say that i can't wait for gameplay footage first because the E3 CG trailer didn't wow me and second because i'm not planning to buy this console at anytime.
I'd still like to see some gameplay sequences of this game but if i were you i wouldn't have high hopes and be that excited.
IG have Resistance and Ratchet & Clank. The rest is garbage imo.
Let's see some real gameplay videos instead of some pointless CG cinematics. And when IG starts approving the BS powahh af dah clowwd for the cash then there isn't anything left.
Wii U is the cheapest and still doesn't sell. I think money is a good argument but not the only one. I bought PS3 600€ in 2007 because it's a futureproof console. I knew i was buying a great device packed with the latest technology available and when i bought the PS3 it was mostly for the next FF games, WipEout, MGS, JRPGs on top of the Bluray, HD etc..

remote play on PS3 runs so smooth i already played Ico on Vita remote play 5000km away from my PS3..Sony said PS4 Vita remote play would work way better. So why do you open it big only to say BS?
oh well i have a Vita and i'm very happy for it. PS4 remote play is argument enough to go get one. Remote play with PS4 is gonna be insane.
And since i bought Vita last November i have tons of great games and only bought LBP, PS+ is the best thing that happened to gaming in so long time. That right there is a huge add value to the Vita
@hakis86: me too but i think they're gonna leave that one for later this year as always. GamesCom will be about games from SCEE studios (Supermassive games, xDev, SCE London, Media Molecule,...).. these are my expectations:

what i can imagine as a good trophies reward system is a PS Store section called "trophies rewards" just like PS+ where you can trade in trophies against content that gets updated every month.
It should be content that can ONLY be unlocked with trophies, no money.. It could be avatars, DLC, a little amount that can be added to the wallet, themes,...
i think MS should have thought their thing twice before making the most shameful console reveal ever followed a few weeks later by a ridiculous E3 conference with DRM, low horsepower and a very high price.
