I'm not placing any arbitrary restrictions on anyone. It is an opinion piece for a reason. Do you really think GTA should be the catalyst for progressivism in gaming, considering Rockstar's history? Seriously, read Jacked. You'll understand.
Also, have you read Jacked? If you haven't, I suggest you do. Then you'll see why Rockstar shouldn't be the spark that lights the fire on this subject.
Well tell me, what else would the leader in Grand Theft Auto do besides murder, steal cars, rob banks and run a mob? That's what women did in Saint's Row. That quote is in NO WAY saying men and women must do the same thing. It is a classic GTA game, and based on the trailers, what else would ANY lead character do in the game?
"Each level can take about an hour or more, depending on your play style. The whole game will be about 8-10 hours, and is single-player only. Considering the various different scenarios that can play out, it is obvious that multiple playthroughs are encouraged."
Do you mean they aren't "well-liked by the COD" fans?" They are certainly well-received. In an industry that is dominated by Battlefield, Halo, and Call of Duty, his games obviously won't have the same selling power. But his goal is to change that, and I think he can. Also I cannot think of "mechanic" issues in his games. Pacing is obvious, because his games aren't full is hardcore action. So when you're used to something like that, of course his games...
He has some really good ideas, and he's right....violence isn't necessary for a successful game.
I don't understand why you think females will get upset over this? He's not raping her, there is not violence between them, and in several scenes before this *spoiler* she begs him to stay by saying she loves him*end spoiler*. It's not typical sex, but then again what is? Sex is sex, but I find it interesting that more people aren't up in arms about the murder, several scenes of torture and rape, genocide, drug and alcohol use, human trafficking, prostitution, animal killing, m...
Lol I guess you never read the article or watched the interview, because he specifically talks about developing borderlands 3 ideas, and absolutely nothing about "officially confirmed."
Haha well that's great! I love the games, I'm so enthralled with the sequel right now
Haha exactly! This is super exciting that the game is on the drafting table already, but they can take as much time as they want...I'll gladly play Borderlands 2 for as long as possible.
Ok? So just because one game from one region can't be played in another region, it doesn't deserve news? I would still like to hear about games from other regions, which was MY entire point. I think it is you who is missing the point, and clearly put too much thought into a wasteful post.
How is the game not a sequel? It takes place directly after the events of the first game, with all the same characters one new character, and the same zombie outbreak but on a ship and several other islands. You can even import your character stats from the first game. Aside from putting a "2" after Dead Island, I don't know what else would qualify it as a sequel, but it sure sounds like one.
So because you can't play them in one country means....they don't exist at all? I would imagine international readers would disagree with you. Some articles can apply to more than just North America.
I count 3. Just because they aren't in NA doesn't mean they don't exist.
I agree with you mat, I just hope we don't see repackaging of games for the sake of profits and shelf space rather than to give gamers a wider selection of games not previously available on the PS3, especially considering inFamous 2 is free on PS Plus (which, in my opinion, should be pushed a lot harder on consumers than a $30 collection).
It definitely isn't an HD collection but that's mentioned in the article. HD collections have a purpose, whereas the inFamous collection release is just a reboxing with very little content.
They've been arguing on twitter about not being able to sustain the costs of the podcast, hence the kickstarter. And the whole comic strip they made about this very subject, has been popping up quite a bit in convo.
