I mean lets be honest, do you really think it deserves a 50 (even if you didnt play the game you would just know its better than that)? I dont even know why metacritic is such a credible source when it seems that someone can post a review of a game without playing it, just to bash it for whatever reason.
Although I'm going to buy U3 and its DLC (I know, what a sucker I am), it's quite a kick to the balls for a dev to tell me that they are keeping certain content out of their game that I spent $60 for. 99% of the time, devs have the content created before releasing the game but just dont include it. And then they have the audacity to publicly say that we are essentially paying full price for an unfinished product. C'MON MAN!

I played the multiplayer for goldeneye at comic con (won a shirt with odd jobs hat that says "cheater" lol) and something didnt seem right but i still enjoyed it. And dont worry, it plays nothing like cod.Cod is much faster and takes less effort to kill but i kept thinking that when i would get a kill with the golden gun (in golden gun mode), it kind of seemed like i missed but maybe they will fix it. Now you were spot on about why Nate is so popular. But as for saying he sucks, I have to disagree. All humans make mistakes, he isnt a god or anything. So he gets some help in dire situations, but I would like to know what realistic character could do what he does such as killing thousands of enenies, including a godlike villain without any sort of help. He doesnt suck, he is above average.
I dont think that scores should be taken out of reviews. Just dont take some websites seriously. What I do think is that scoring needs to be more specific. I think scores out of 100 will do just fine but out of 10? How many games do you see that get 8/10? A lot! But does that actually mean that every 8/10 is as good as the rest of the 8/10s? I personally think its better because you can still see in comparison to other games unlike scores out of ten (without decimals)which I feel are too vague. So many games recieve say an 8/10 but does that actually mean that they are just as good as another game that got an 8/10? Scores out of 100 or scores that use decimals (not just .5) I find more specific, not too specific.
