“… players would probably go into stadium creator mode and download the real teams stadiums and rosters…”
That’s what we did back in the days. I had to call my friend to get the information right, but we played as per him Bull vs Suns on Genesis and he would create players and rosters.I believe he also use to update players stats individually as I remember him with the newspaper sports pages going through each teams stats and entering them to ...
If Sony were to get TakeTwo along with many sport games, then MS would go complaining to the different leagues that they don’t have a sports game on their system and it’s unfair and demand that the league force Sony to put the game on their platform.
Just like MLB The Show, me personally if we’re Sony I’d say no and keep making the game under a different name with everything slightly skewed with different looks to everything and player names. Of course that would result in ...
Oh my, what a ringing endorsement. I need to start playing soon.
I still need to play Ascension, I’ve owned it since the time of release but never played it for some reason.
While X finally got me into the series after VII didn’t, XII was the game I really enjoyed.
The gambit system if set right did let the game basically play itself, similar to when an NBA2K games the same. It can be turned off at any time, but was great to use when farming. Plus you always had the option to micro manage and enter your own inputs at any time.
I didn’t have as much fun with Zodiac Age as I did with the original, but still good enough, though...
One of Us, One of Us, One of Us. Welcome to the hive.
We have snacks, cookies and Cool-Aid.
Same, classics are under delivering.
I would love to have both of those games on PSVR2, but can only realistically expect one and not the other.
Missed this the first time on PSVR, I definitely will keep this on my watch list, just need to see a bit more.
Almost finished with Trek to Yomi, great game, combat was better than I thought it would be, had to actually time attacks, parries, and blocks. Only two chapters to go, then replay on ronin difficulty, and once more on easy for trophy clean ups.
Bought the game like a month or two ago, oh well no use crying over it now, good fun game. Can we get a remaster of the Hyperstone Heist next.
That’s cool and all but what about a vr mode. I really really want an open world psvr2 compatible racer/ driving game. Sony should have never shuttered Evolution and DriveClub.
Like the look of the game and the soundtrack, but there’s so little information on the game so far. Hopefully it makes its way to consoles, right now it’s PC only:
This the only information I’ve found on the game so far

Weren’t QD bought buy Tencent, and if so then I’m sure there wouldn’t be anymore Sony exclusivity.
Ok it seems to have been NetEase that bought them back in 2022.
Agree with the over the top script, and felt at the time that was the only thing that people were hyped about, the language and not game play.
But in vr this game is going to be great. It has everything that would make a great vr game. Lots of bombastic action, gunplay, blood, and that leash.
Looking at the gameplay now it seems that the game was ahead of it’s time and was perfect for vr before vr wasn’t even off the ground.
I’ve been excitedly waiting for this games release, hoping it turns out to be a great shooter.
I also hope we get an update to Bravo Squad and Blood and Truth.
At first thought it was The Sands of Time, but nope, still looks cool.
I like the 2D look that harkens back to the original games.
Same, I’ve been playing may of my flat games in cinematic mode. It just adds more to the game when you have to look at different parts of the screen to see everything.
Next I will try a flat shooter, since I have to wait for Crossfire: Sierra squad. Maybe I’ll pick up Pavlov since I keep hearing good things about it, not really into mp games but one could be alright I guess.
I’ve seen Matteo before, but never heard of Beardo Benjo so I’ll definitely check him (them) out.
What I said about the characters looking like partially deflated balloon people is not only for this game but quite a few vr games. If you look at your arms and or legs while playing GT7 it looks like a skeleton in clothes driving. Of course not all vr games are like that, just look at the Resident Evil games and you can see that the characters have true mass to them.

Eh, I guess it’s an okay month for some, not really a COD fanboy hopefully there’s a good campaign. Never played Alan Wake before, never seen the appeal of fighting shadow creatures with a flashlight. Maybe there’s more to it that the little bit I seem to know about. I have no clue what It bring is, so I guess that’s something to look forward to.
