PS4 version of Ace Combat7 sold 202,379, which outsold Assault Horizon 170,000 copies when it came out. That's some good numbers, and XBox sold 2,000 copies. I wonder how well the game did worldwide.
The way this list is constructed there would be well over sixteen RPGs playable on XBox One, since entire series are being listed, and ALL the free ones too.
Now that Namco sees that Ace Combat VR was a hit with critics and consumers, hopefully we will get a few more VR missions as DLC. Better yet just release the game fully in VR like it was first stated when the game was announced.

I read this article earlier and found his opinion in my opinion to be rather silly in what he expected from a flight game. Next will be the Kotaku article where someone attaches a PSVR to a actual combat flight helmet and mask, but they ignorantly called the PSVR a PS Vita.
Unfortunately many many older fans of the series were unable to play Ace6 as it was an XBox exclusive. Agree that more multiplayer modes would have been better. Did not know Ace6 had a battle royale mode, and with sixteen players, I bet what was awesome for it's time.
My only minor gripe for Ace7, and understand i only played the first level so far, but when throttling up pressing R2 I could not feel the plane accelerate. Compared to Ace5 where the plane would shake was missing...
Thanks for the reply, I've played more since last night and can see that it is not indeed stretched. I was concerned when I first out the game on and saw the title screen and pre opening trailer were much smaller that the widescreen and more akin to old standard size. Sorry I'm at a lost for the dimension numbers for each. So far having fun with Ace5 then will move on to Ace7 and VR with Hotas controller afterwards.
Haven't started Ace Combat7 yet, it's 12:30a games just unlocked, and I just finished mission one of Ace Combat5. Ace5 does have trophies and is full widescreen. I can't really tell if the picture is just stretched or not, I don't think so, but maybe someone else could answer that question more definitely.

I don't think he has or was making an issue, but rather asking for clarity of how you obtain this particular chocobo. I will say now that it has been brought to my attention how you get this chocobo, it does seem a bit strange and somewhat pointed.
Is there another VR platformer out there like Astro Bot for it to play second fiddle, if not how can non VR platformers be considered its peer?
Are all XBox gamers only playing games on XBox One X? If so would overall sales not be higher if every owner threw out their original XBox Ones and S and bought the X? This is the only point I'm asking, everything else about the game is a non concern to me, either way hope fans of the series have fun and enjoy.
Like the Goblin helmet on Norman's desk used to find the hidden wall keypad and room. That wasn't an Easter egg but its not surprising someone found a more precise hidden message.
