I need to go back to this game and play the Frozen Wilds
Since I know you're well ahead of me, let me ask a question: What is the purpose of the ash after you burn a freaked nest? Is the ash valuable at any encampment?
That was funny, not funny "haha", but funny sad if you really believe that.
Good thing about that, it's your prerogative to think so.
I don't know if true or if I'm close to the point, but someone mentioned that the virus causes people skin to turn ashen. If true then maybe that's the reason why no one sees a "black" freaker.
There are black people in the game though not many. Early on you had to rescue a guy from a few freakers in the middle if the road. Also at a few bandit camps there are black people, so the game isn't totally devoid of black people.
Having a great time with Days Gone, up to "They won't let me leave".
Agree. Although it still would have been good reading peoples speculations. Apparently the sites been hit or miss today.
Okay I was wondering why not one single person posted. The site didn't load for me like a half hour did not know it's been up and down for hours.
Empty in here five hours after article posted.
Shut the hell up, Kotaku.
Honestly forgot Slightly Mad Mad Box was even a thing that was suppose to happen.
Rhetorical?
I guess Bend didn't want the player to have idle hands. Something about devil's playthings. Long slightly interactive cut scenes keeps the player engaged. Instead of them possibly getting up for kitchen/bathroom breaks, this missing key important moments and information vital to the story. Well, that's my guess.
Yes agree, Deacon listening to the radio broadcast, then when it's over, he suddenly yells way louder than the radio and bike which seems out of place. Glad I'm not the only person to notice the five second pauses in conversation sometimes. There's also times when the audio doesn't synch up with characters mouth and or actions. With that said, I'm still having fun and happy with the game.
I'm having lots of fun with this game and am glad I got it and did not list to reviews. Well it was already on pre order so it was going to be nine day one regardless.
The story certainly did get better the further you get into the game. Deacon doesn't see to be a gruff white biker dude but a sometimes awkward biker who just happens to be white.
The chatter between Deacon and Sarah on the bike seemed odd like the story writer did not know how to ...

Why would PlayStation fix XBox spam problem?
Very interested in this game. Love the whole rat plague.
Yea I know that, just didnt think there would be any on the guard booth at the front gates, so of course more freakers. Then when I knew I had all of them another speaker blared atop a light pole, five lights one sneaky hidden speaker.
Great game so far, I'm kind of nervous to take on a hoard, need a few more skills.
Do you have to kill all freakers in the hoard to get the trophy or just most of them?
The story definitely does get better, made it to the point in the story where it comes full circle with the opening scene.
Saw my first hoard roaming and grazing on the country side.
Those Nero bases with the multiple loud speakers drawing more freakers. Had the longest time clearing them all out, start the generator and another speaker starts blaring and more freakers start rushing the base again.
After a few hours of playing, the ga...
Going by the title alone, it sounds like someone is crying that PlayStation have all the exclusives whether goty or otherwise and Days Gone should be multiplatform so others could get s chance to play.
Who knows maybe if the game was on other platforms it might not get as much scrutiny as it's currently receiving. World War Z another "zombie" game is actually fairing better than expected even more so than Days Gone while having similar experiences as far as b...
Maybe not so much, MS has a slew of new studios recently acquired, many believe Sony will not stand a chance next gen in a battle of the exclusives. Didn't Phil Spencer say that he wanted to make a game similar to Horizon Zero Dawn on the XBox One.
Just have to wait for next gen to begin to see where each console stands, but my feet will be placed squarely in Sony's camp, just like all the gens before.
