With how cruel kids can be, I see a lot of unfortunate kids who receive a 2DS as a gift getting made fun of with jokes like "Haha your mom could only afford to buy you a 2DS!"

Despite some people praising MS for announcing most if not all their planned first year releases already, it just seemed to me like they did it in an attempt to create a hype that the PS4 has just naturally gotten upon being revealed. Im giving my full support to Knack, the story looks like it has a bunch of great cutscenes and the gameplay looks fun. I just hope it has a lot of puzzles that makes platformers so good.

This must really sting Microsoft that they cant say that now after they said the same thing so many times for their platform last gen.
It's apparent that this is the case. The focus on exclusive games right now is to get the early adopters that are hardcore gamers to buy the console, but after that they will focus on exclusive TV programs to sell to casuals when the console shifts t approaching a more open demographic of consumers.
If it's a PS4 game, this will surely make PS4 sales in Japan get off to a nice start. Sony needs to ensure a lot more games like this that appeal to Japanese gamers are on the platform if they want the PS4 to take off in their home territory and get them interested in consoles again
I'll be very happy to see Sony leading with NA sales again with the crazy hype behind the PS4. They deserve the success and to have the biggest gaming market with how amazing and right they made the PS4
