Good article. Didn't drink the kool-aid but didn't bash it just to be contrary either. Very grounded imo.
I'm a big fan of the franchise but even I have to admit that this is a weak entry. It lacks all the dumb charm of the first two and the gameplay has been stripped down to the bare bones.
Scathing review, but absolutely correct. I don't know how they continually drop the ball with this franchise considering the potential it had.
