Wii and Ps3 don't need to cut there prices in europe. The ps3 has sold nearly as many units in europe as 360 and has been out only a year compared to 2 and a half for the 360.
I agree with Chubear this is Sony's first handheld system and it has managed to get 30 percent of a formerly Nintendo only market. Sony will learn lessons for the psp2.
The 360 is already cheaper then ps3 anyway so anyone thinking this is gonna make a huge difference is a fool. Also nobody buys the Arcade SKU so a price drop on that is meaningless.

I bet there will be a ps3 slim in Japan by the end of 2008. Maybe announced at tgs 08. Its the only way Sony are gonna have any chance of getting near the wii's sales (In Japan). Look at how the psp slim helped sales in Japan its basically selling the same as ds now and outselling it when its big games come out.
Sony would stop them buying Insomniac, in fact Sony should try and stop Ea getting there hands on Rock Star.

What the hell are you talking about? "Lie and say they are catching the 360"? They have been outselling the 360 worldwide for months now and now the ps3 is outselling the 360 in its 2 strongest regions UK and USA.
Well i think most gamers know about killzone, socom and home. So a bit of a rubbish list tbh.
Vgchartz has the 360 version of Dmc4 alot further ahead of the ps3 version compared to this. Mind you Vgchartz has been wrong so much it wouldn't suprise anyone.
Resi 4 and FF13 are down for 09 so they should not be on the list.
This wont make much difference in Europe the ps3 is killing it in sales over her. There will be a short term spike but it wont last long. And the arcade being cheaper then the wii means nothing. Nobody buys the arcade anyway.
