The last .Mac update in August was completely free to all subscribers. Apple uses .Mac as a subscription based model. It's a membership fee of $100 a year which provides access to all .Mac features. They don't charge you for updates. You're paying for the membership. Its similar to XBOX Live in that sense. And, what do you mean "it is Apple"? The only updates they've ever charged for is the $20 for the iPod Touch and the $2 for Wireless N accessibility. Mac updates, always free. iPh...
I use Mac OS X. I feel bad for the people still stuck with Winblows.
Either downgrade to the worlds crappiest OS(Vista, if you're clueless), or pay $130 to downgrade to another inferior OS just to get a web browser. No thanks.
Mac OSX + PS3 = Living.
My name is: Surfer Dude!
And now...My rumors:

- EA to purchase Take Two
- Madden 09 will suck!
- Resistance 2 to be released in November
- Gears of War 2 to be released in November
- God of War 3 for 2009
Im a gaming God!!!
It should be a crime to show footage of such a stunning game and then delay it!
Even Microsoft programmers don't know how to work a single thing. *cough* vista *cough*
Halo 3 is rated M for Mature.
Those thoughtful, sensible comments belong in the Gamer Zone. You're not a useless, mindless fanboy. Therefore, head to the Gamer Zone at once!
Microsoft thinks they have 10M XBL members...Let them dream. I personally made 4 accounts just so I wouldn't have to pay for their POS XBL service.
Too bad that even at a lower resolution, it stil runs circles around Halo 3. In graphics, and fun.
is a phenomenal solution to getting an extra USB port! For only $50, you get 1 whole USB port, and an extra DVD drive. Imagine being able to play CDs and DVDs in the same machine! Yes, all this for only $49. Only $49! Buy today and they'll even throw in free disposable movies!!
All the idiots who paid $200 for the drive cleared them on off. I remember all the drones coming and telling me about how Microsoft gave them the choice, which they loved. Well, we both chose our choices. The only difference is that one choice is dead, while one is leading the way.
Think Blu. Play B3yond.
Developers often work on more than one game, ya know!
I can't wait for April and May's NPD to shut all these analysts up. For damn sakes, it hasn't been a week!
Can't afford it. They're most likely also the people who own 360's and diss PS3's.
Isn't it funny that OSX has over 12 of the features indicated?
Think Different.
Too bad Safari runs circles around Firefox in ANY Java or HTML test.
I got so bored, I sold it. No good games are releasing any more. Chains of Olympus was the last game on my radar for the system that I thought was good.
- Remote play is slow
- Internet browser is USELESS. Getting an iPod Touch made me realize how crappy it truly is.
- FPS games are useless, so are half of the other ones
- No memory stick standard?! Max 16gb? And 16gb costs $300+?
- Bulky, fat, huge. Not made for the pocket.
The only things I ...
Way less than 1M sold on PC, and 40m pirated? Yeah, about 4000% more!
He means that Sony is such a small brand in the music player department, and even they have sold more than the Zune with little to no hype for their players. Don't accuse him of being a fanboy.
