So much for PC and Xbox 360 versions of Haze coming out next year.
Funny, IGN recently updated their release schedules and according to them the Xbox 360 version has been pushed to November 2007 while the PS3 version should be out January 2008.
Uh, what game was that again? Looks good, though.
Nope, the downloadable version is just $30.
Good things:
- they're working on an achievements system
- they're working on adding more content to the store
- they're working on implementing cross-game invites and some other features Live already has
Not so good things:
- mods might not be allowed after all
- they can't guarantee PSN will remain free
- many improvements are still far off and details are still very vague
Sony's humanity? A humane corporation? Good one... Humility, that I can agree with.
Although I can't see how releasing a post-E3 video of XMB in action would've made their last year's PR blunders any more digestible.
This is a mod, total conversion or something like that. Serious Sam games are developed by Croteam and they're currently working on Serious Sam 3.
That's cheap. A downloadable game?
Er, no. There are new gameplay modes, new characters, levels are all new and so is music. Then We Love Katamari should also be considered the same old $hit with a different name.
Sometimes fanboys can be so blind.
"I predict first week NGS sales of 100-150k."
That's an extremely optimistic prediction.
No, there's just one (Beautiful Katamari), but it might not be a retail game after all. That's all there is to it, exclusivity has not been debunked (then again, it hasn't been officially confirmed yet either).
What the...? How does this debunk anything? What old Katamari? There's nothing but Beautiful Katamari mentioned in that article.
You do understand that "total crap - not happening" bit is about a much older rumor of a Katamari Damacy XBLA game, right? It has nothing to do with Beautiful Katamari being exclusive or not.
I so want this game, but I have to admit I'm afraid they're going to make it overly complicated just for the sake of it. Outpost Kaloki was almost perfect, such a fun little game. I don't know, I really hope this one turns out just as good.
Yes, but personally he had nothing to do with production of any X-com game. There was an expansion pack for Civilization 2 that let you play with units skinned as those from X-Com, but that's all.
As great as Sid Meier is, he had nothing to do with X-Com.
Bad times for the Xbox 360 and especially the PS3. What's even worse, there's no reason to expect the PS3 numbers for June will be any different as there are no exclusives coming out this month (according to IGN, Ninja Gaiden Sigma has been pushed to July). That might be the third consecutive month with below-100,000 sales - definitely not sending a good message to third parties.
The Xbox 360 also needs a price cut as soon as possible (accompanied by aggressive marketing) or th...
Exactly. I never said it would be a bad game, just that it looks ugly.
"If you dont like it, dont say it."
What the hell was that supposed to mean? Should we only be allowed to speak if we like something? Grow up, dear.
It's blocky as hell, with low-res textures. They have boxes for limbs, for crying out loud! And that was just an example, but all screens in the gallery look like that. I mean, what is this?

I'd say the port was originally planned for the PS2, but they changed their minds in the last second.
That was a good interview. Looking forward to seeing the PS3 version of Wipeout.
