they focused the camera on ryu, the background goes out of fucus

its called depth of field, the 360 version doesn't have that graphical effect

they gave Halo ODST which has the SAME EXACT GRAPHICS as halo 3 a 3 year old game a 9/10 for graphics

BUT gave NGS2 which looks MILES BETTER than NG2 a 8/10 for graphics, and its a 1 year old game
