1. why are you comparing 360 game to a ps2 game?

2. GOW2's combat is primitive compared to NG2's combat, GOW2 scored higher because overall it was a better game, the combat system wasn't anywhere near close to NG, NG2 score lower because it was buggy and not as good as the original.

3. NG1/black on xbox are the BEST actions game last gen, it scored higher than GOW and DMC on Gamerankings.

however this is only one in a few comparisons ps3 has won,

360 still has won the majority of all the of big multiplate games

like RE5, DMC4, Fallout, Lost planet, GTA4, Soul Calibur 4, Virtua Figher 5, Street Fighter 4 and Call of duty to name a few
