Actually $500 is good price. $549 really doesn't make sense, since you are only saving $50. I think $500 would just murder M$ and leave them begging for mercy, but $530 would also be a good cut off point.

Same here. After Gears 3, I just decided that paying the full price of a game a year to play one game was a ripoff. I only wish I would have seen that I was being ripped/raped off back in 2006-2007. I could have saved so much money and gotten a fat PS3 or even 2 PS3s. All that money spent on Live and I have nothing to show for it. Still, I switched to the right console and its better late than never. I'm here to stay and I'm never going back!

Yeah it gives me games I never heard of, or games I wanted to play but not bad enough to spend the $60 on, or games that are out of my comfort zone. I felt like when I switched to PS3, my gaming tastes expanded to genres other than shooters, but now I'm even more open minded because of Plus. Best subsrciption serive evar!! This game would actually do better on PS3/PS4 than on any M$box because of keyboard + mouse control, mods, and free online. I remember when Valve was pissed at Sony for making the system expensive and hard to make games for but then they saw the light and then got pissed at M$. PSN is slowly turning into Steam for consoles so I hope they work together. Great minds should think alike. Oh and Xbots? Don't get your hopes up. You can't claim a game as exclusive if its on PC.
Yeah but some bundles are running low. Like the Watchdogs wasn't available yesterday and the only ones that were available were the $499.USD ones that come with a game and Plus. I'm just saying don't wait too long. I am excited like a boner cause this will be my first console ever pre ordered. I will avoid being shot by having it delivered to my house.

I'm not saying that you said COD did everything. I'm just saying you are giving it too much credit. Yes its popular, but so is Lil Wayne and Jersey Shore. You can't give too much credit because it's a Counter Strike imitator with perks and killstreaks. Blacks Ops 1 was good because it was somewhat balanced and some of the multiplayer game modes are decent but it owes its existence to Counter Strike.

I think this map pack finally did it. Usually I see tons of my friends playing the new Zombies map as soon as they come out. But not this time. I blame Halo for the downfall of multiplayer shooters. Regenerating health and a weakass 2 weapon limit are some of the stupidest things to ever be in game, and yet they became the standard. Why??
Counter Strike did everything and then COD brought it to consoles. Call of Duty is Counter Strike for consoles but unfortunately many console only players think Call of Duty invented everything.
