The barricades and rifts are decent, but they aren't a game changer and don't really make me feel like a badass like D1's supers did. The specials in D2 just don't feel special. The magic is gone in D2. The only good thing about D2 is the static perks on the guns, I hated the RNG in Destiny 1 because it didn't matter if you played everyday, you still didn't get the gun you wanted. I have still not gotten an Eyasluna with sureshot/truesight, rangefinder, and rifled barr...
Actually there is a better game that does co-op better than Destiny 2, it's called Destiny (1). I played D2 for a month and then deleted it from my hard drive to make space for Destiny 1. I appreciate Destiny 1 even more now and it seems to run smoother now that there's less people online.
Dude, Uncharted was hella scripted. That series may as well have been on rails. I never understood what people saw in Uncharted. The lack of exploration and cliched characters with linear gameplay that got recycled in every game was a dealbreaker. TR (2013) also lacked the exploration but it had smooth controls and mechanics as well as Lara being more likeable than douchey Drake. I would rather have more TR, but not episodic bs, than more of Drake's corny one liners.
Im okay with them taking the power advantages out of IB. They just need to give higher light level loot and take out the RNG. I got 2 Forward Paths in one package and then another one in the next package and only 3 pieces of armor out the 16 packages I've gotten.
I'm actually glad they don't have random perks on the weapons. That was so stupid. Any other game, you can level up and eventually unlock everything. But in Destiny 1 it was all random and you could play every day all day and still not get the gun you want and yet some new player could play for 2 months and get a perfect Eyasluna.

I think the game got worse. Although Year 1 was plain, it was balanced. They needed to nerf NLB, Regime, Thorn, and Hawkmoon but other than that it was fun. Year 3 is broken AF and although the 3rd class supers are fun, they are really overpowered.
That trailer was really underwhelming. Even the poster looks generic. And as graphic designer, that 2 logo is really plain and uninspiring. Really wish they went with a darker, more serious tone instead of the tryhard comedic and annoying Cade bit. I think I'll wait about a month or two before buying this. Destiny is really lacking in alot of departments and I want to make sure its not Destiny 1.5 before I spend 150 on this recycled game.
No they are just lazy. Going 6 months between balance updates is really lazy. It took them 6 months to come up with the last Hotfix and it was a mess that ended nerfing things that shouldn't have been and left sidearms broken.
Welly. you know COD 2 came out for PC before that though? When your best launch game is a port from a PC game, then you're lineup sucks. I only bought a 360 because of the hype that they built up for Gears. It was a rough 8 months from the time I bought until the game released. Those 8 months were filled with crappy games and ports that I had to pretend I liked so I could justify my purchase. Original Xbox was much better and I regret selling it to get money for a 360.
DriveClub is arcadey. I love it. Its like PGR and Midnight Club with no powerups and more serious handling. Its like a mix of sim and arcade. Hits my G-spot for sure.
A sad day. No matter what other games I played, I always came back to DriveClub. I've been playing it almost everyday for the past 2 months. So much content. Everything is top notch. The graphics, sound, controls, challenges, face offs, etc.

Assassins Creed 1 was repetitive but had a good story. Far Cry 4 on the other hand had too much to do but none of it was really fun. Bioshock 1 and 2, Half Life, and Deus Ex were long games and I enjoyed every minute. It seems like newer games try to increase the length by giving you a ton of useless side missions that only serve as roadblocks to getting a platinum trophy instead of actually adding to the story or experience.

I used to brag about PS Plus. It was amazing and gave me a warmth that I could fall asleep loving life and wake up inspired to be a better person. Now I let my subscription run out in December and I don't think I'll be getting it back until I see 2 to 3 good big budget games a month like PS3 and Vita had. The only game from PS4's PS Plus list that I kept on my HDD was Resogun and that came out at launch. The next 25 months, I didn't keep a single game that was offered.
I suck at fighting games. Tekken and Dead or Alive were fun (offline of course). Killer Instinct? Never heard of her. Older 2D Street Fighters games were cool and so were the 2D Mortal Kombats.
DooM 3,Wolfenstein New Order + Old Blood, Bioshock 1 and 2, Counter Strike 1.6 are the best shooters for me.
