i must say i love the battle system.. its fast engaging alot of action on screen and still the turn based combat but in a more sensible way in my opinion this is a way forward for jrpg style combat..

but the 360 on the other hand is ace.. i wont like i play my ps3 and i get this stab-like pain after playing pro evo2010 or fifa 10 for over an hour i cant play for as long as i like and .. i hate the fact that my thumbs touch each other when playing fps its just irritates me .. if its games like God of war3 or soemthing then the dual shock is ok anything else would be the 360 for me..

8thnightvolley you fanboys are really sad and pathetic. 1st FF13 is a good game (maybe even great). Trying to hate on it just cause its multi plat is stupid. Not only that but blame it being linear on the 360 is even more stupid. The whole its cause DVD cant handle it bs is just that BS cause the ps3 version of the game take up 40GB. So SE did use the extra blu ray space. If they had of made it open world then more then likely it take at least 2 blu ray disk and we all know how much ps3 owns ...
i do believe the reason this game is so linear is coz of the 360 version... waiittttt b4 u bit my head off.. jap developers are not the best when is comings to managing data compared to western developers.. final fantasy an exploratory game and if it was to be an open game it would make disc changing so numerous the 360 version of the game would be pointless so linearity would be the best way so they can carefully place all data in each disc and be sure one does not need to go back to disc 1 ...
MS thinks of replacing the 360 within the next 2 years at most and nothing more.. coz this DVD issue is becoming a thone...and a growning by the day as developer try to make bigger games with higher fidelity the tech is not there to match the produce.. they have to adopt the blu ray or some big storage option or forward the tech that allows dvd to store over 100 times of its original size( i remember an article about taht sometimes last year(google it)).
