The 360 is less powerful, but much easier to code for.
Each consoles has it's own type of power.
People willing to invest the time/money/resources to learn the coding will say the PS3 is more powerful.
But on the 360, development cost is much cheaper due to a familiar setting and ease of development.

Yeah, the demo is much longer than I expected, you also get alot of stuff too for a demo. You get four fully upgraded weapons and two fully upgraded Ninpos. Pretty weird.
Every 360 comes with 3 one month gold trials. Just make a japanese account and you can download it, even if you live in the US. All you need is to make a tag using a Japanese email. I did it for the DMC4 demo, and I did it for the NGII demo. Works flawlessly

Slowdown and frame rates problems? Camera issues? WTF were they talking about? Why did this get a 6/10? I saw now slowdown, no camera issues whatsoever. The only problem I ran into was when I did the Kingdom dash and I saw some tearing. I was minor, but noticable. But it was just a one time thing. Other than that, perfect framerate. I can't believe the haters had me thinking NGII will dissapoint.
