Yeah it seems they rushed it. Both had alot of missing features that the last gen consoles had.
When it has no bugs. All games have bugs so no game is ever "truly" complete.

It depends on that really. If the timed exclusive is coming out on pc as well as an xbox. Then of course xbox one ftw. Not everyone pc games. Most dont.

Halo 1 was already remastered. Many wanted halo 2 to be remastered and they got it. Then adding halo 3 and 4 is the icing on the cake. 343 did a great job.

One is for last gen and one is for the current gen. Its simple. Ubisoft realized most of there fanbase is still in last gen so they released another version for most of there fanbase.
MCC is the ONLY remaster thats worth it though.
