Maybe it has to do with the fact that everyone was thinking Nintendo was going to have to go the way of Sega because of the crappy market share they had last gen
agreed
All of you guys make valid points. It's interesting to see what you guys took from the article. I never intended for the article to be pro-western. In a business sense, the japanese game industry is turning away employees like Itagaki because they don't mesh with their cultural upbringings. Games are suffering because of this as well as other certain cultural traditions. I personally prefer Japanese games myself, and unfortunately in this global economy we live in, cultures compete, and that'...
I get my information from many sources. Sites like Gamasutra and Gameindustry.biz are just a few. The quote in the article as well as some of the ideas are taken from http://www.gamasutra.com/fe...
When I signed up for this website, it clearly stated it was a place to post video game related news, reviews, articles, etc to build up the viewership of your website as well as n4g. I don't see anything wrong with what I'm doing.
I'm curious as to how this constitutes as spam. I'm not advertising a product or service.
the lack of approvals is disturbing
I guess no one has heard of this game ;)
lol, talk about not having a sense of hw
you would know that I am ridiculing people who think every Muslim is a terrorist and so on. Be real though. There are plenty of Muslim extremists out there, and the US is creating more hostility by being there. I'm not being being all like Christianity is awesome and Muslims are evil kind of thing because I hate all religious people equally :p
"Hardcore gamers" make up less then 1% of the United States. Although you are the most outspoken, and although you buy more games then your average casual, the game business is about money especially to developers. Although some developers will not want to work with Wii because of it's graphical limitation, it's ultimately up to the publishers whether a game is made. They know where the money is, and that's with the Wii. Change is good for this industry. The idea that your so-called...
First of all Rikitatsu, who the **** still calls us yankees. Second of all do you actually believe jihadists are freedom fighters? I understand that one man's terrorist in another man's freedom fighter, but you have to look at history to tell you that jihadists are nothing more then crazy religious extremists dedicated to eradicate all who don't follow their strict muslim laws. I don't agree with the war in Iraq nor a single one of Bush's policies, but you'd be crazy naive to think these peop...
There is a difference between a joke, and satire. There is news in this story.
It's still news.
It's supposed to be funny and not to be taken seriously
I wouldn't count on Sadness ever coming out
Nibris and every game they are planning to make seems like a bunch of vaporware

Aww dr pepper remembered me. I always enjoy when a tasty beverage understands me
Praise Sony!
How would a company get hurt from putting games on a video game system? These aren't people, they're businesses. It will be in Ubisoft's interests to make games for the Wii that appeal to all gamers.
